1. The customer shall pay for the shipment in the following manner:
ITALY €10 free with more than €200.00

EUROPE: €10 free with more than € 200.00

USA and Canada: €25 free with more than € 400.00

South Korea China, Japan: €40 free with more than € 500.00

RUSSIA: €45 free with more than € 600,00

REST OF THE WORLD: €50

2. Delivery of the Order
Upon delivery of the package, customers are asked to inspect it carefully before confirming with their signature the delivery of the order.

The goods become the property of the customer with the affixing of the signature.

Here are some cases that may occur:

The package, at the time of delivery, appears obviously tampered with: customers are recommended to sign the delivery with reservation or to refuse it.
The Customer refuses the delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender: any return charge eventually charged to jadestore.eu will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
It is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract: the package may be sent back to the sender. All shipping costs will be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
For any reason the Customer may return your order, in whole or in part, to request a refund or an exchange.

3. Conditions for return
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, the return costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in the same condition in which you send, without any sign of wear. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories provided (dustbags, garment covers, etc.), including the authenticity label and security seal that must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at your expense. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product.

4. Return procedure

5. Defective goods
Products received that are already damaged or show a lack of conformity shall be regarded as defective. In case of defective products we ask you to follow the same return procedure by filling in the form. jadestore.eu reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of the return defective jadestore.eu will refund the purchase price of the garment and shipping costs.

6. Reimbursement
In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the item/items returned, jadestore.eu will endeavour to make the refund as soon as possible or within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return. The credit will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer, and on the same account. The effective visibility date of the accreditation may vary depending on the liability of jadestore.eu. Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase. We also remind you that the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping and customs charges, which will remain at the expense of the Customer.


7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to revoke the order for any reason, as regulated in D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by "consumer" Customers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity)
